It represents the energy and optimism that our people bring to work each day.We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our finance team in a Accounts Payable Officer position to support a maternity leave for approx 7 months at our Ingleburn site.Start date : Beginning of October 2024 to support training into role.Key Accountabilities include:Matching, batching and coding a high volume of invoicesPreparation, allocation of costs to correct G/L accounts, and payment of weekly billsScanning and filingReconciliation of bank and supplier reconciliationsContribute accounts payable information to other departments upon requestSpeaking to suppliers on a daily basisCoordinate the accounts payable system, including vendor details, record of payments and filing systemsDo you have what it takes?Minimum one (1) years’ workplace experience in accounts payable function in an environment with high volume and a wide variety of financial transactions, including matching of invoices against purchases orders (with consideration for GRNI)EExperience in manufacturing business is highly desirableIntermediate excel skills and experience with operating accounting systems,Experience in the AP month-end and year-end processesDemonstrated ability to work independently, recognise issues and use initiative to identify and discuss proposed solutionsStrong customer-focus with the ability to develop relationships within the team and related cross-functional teamsRite Bite Group is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees can make it better together and have an equal opportunity to succeed.
